How can I make time go by fast in boring situations and go by slow in good ones that I want to last longer?

Just keep yourself busy doing something. If you're home, clean. If your listening to someone talk, doodle or play games on your cell. If you're at work and have a computer, play games or answer emails. Just keep yourself occupied at all times and time will go by faster.
