I used to love Eddie Murphy, but he doesn't really do anything anymore. Kathy Griffin is pretty funny, but I don't know if she is the funniest....Rosanne Barr is pretty hillarious too, and how could I forget Robin Williams....he is funny even when he isn't intending to be, he can make you wet your pants

even though he is not on this earth any more andy kaufman was the funniest and most contraversial comedian even when he died the world thought it was just another of his pranks,,he always kept us guessing

Robin Williams...
I went to a live show he had... never again!!!
It was supposed to be 90 minutes... it lasted 2-1/2 hours!!
When I left.. I could hardly walk from all the laughing.. I was sore from head to foot.... I won't go see him live again!!! I'd probably get permanently crippled from laughing!
