He is in the hospital now. He is on a starvation diet because his attorneys have been killed repeatedly since his trial. But probably will survive and not be executed or die in prison like Milosevic of Kosovo did.

He'll be lucky to live. The trial is just a formality to appear that they are weighing the options, but the decision was made long ago. He will die, as he should.
