Well if your bored what you should do is not eat that causes you to gain wait.What you should really do is first think of a few activities you can do at this very moment.Then eliminate some that you don't want to do.After that to not make you bored do all of the activities on your list.Why not?It'll make it more fun.

Try getting out of the room, go for a walk, go to the beach, meet new people, see the outer world and get killed by one of those terrorist trying to bring on terror to the world.
