no it does not make u a hoe. i wear them all the time espically the big hoops and im not a hoe. what would make u a hoe is if u wear them and sleep with every guy in town. now that would make u a hoe.

Absolutely not. What you wear may give others a wrong impression of who you really are, but actually taking the action of a hoe is what makes you a hoe.
