Read, draw, paint, color, write a story, watch tv/movies, listen to music, clean your room, cut/ paint your nails, ride a bike, play an instrument, side walk chalk, fly a kite, drink some beer, fishing, canoe, raft, video games, yahoo ansewers, jog/walk, build something, garden, play tennis, rollerblade, bowling, putt putt, go to a zoo/ park, volenteer, go for a drive, go shopping, call a friend, reline the kitchen cabinets, learn to juggle, teach yourself a new language. Just for a start.

If you're going to do something make it worth while. Exercise either your body or brain.
There are a lot of options for the brain, crossword puzzles, sudoku, chess, even poker. Same is true for your body. You can lift weights (even milk jugs filled with water), stretching (yoga), or jogging.
At least after wards you won't be saying you wasted the time.
