That is your baby getting into position to be born. :) How exciting! You could be like that for the next few weeks or you can be like that for the next week. Sorry, it just depends on when your baby is ready to be born.

There is a main nerve that runs over your pelvis and into your right leg. When you're this far into your pregnancy the baby rests against your pelvis, and moves or sits against the nerve.
Its very uncmofy. They might go away as the baby shifts and moves, or they might not. Staying active will help the most.
Pressure and feeling uncomfortable this far in pregnancy is just part of the territory, you have to find ways of living with it.
Laying down should help relieve some of the pain and pressure to your pelvis. But staying active is very important for you and baby, and the ease of your impending labor.

if you're 37 weeks the baby has probably dropped and would therefore be putting more pressure on that area. Only 3 more weeks...hang in there! Good luck!

Try doing some pelvic rocking. This may help to move the baby into a more comfortable position.

Most likely he is starting to crown, this happened to me and it was so pain full, every time I would stand up I thought he was going to fall out of me! This is normal, and all you can do is get allot of rest, try laying on your left side this really helped me!!!
Congrats, and hang in there!
