On a purely mundane level (which is generally the best route to go - magic should be a last option, not a first), have you tried talking to the other person?

Is there a spell like you're talking about? Yes.

Should you do it? No.

Making someone else do something with a spell is screwing with their free will, and is ethically wrong.

Consider instead looking at spells directed AT YOURSELF to invite the right person into your life (WITHOUT being specific as to who that person is), or to open yourself to friendship and love (again, without being specific as to WHO).

But try talking to them first. You may find you don't need to do anything like that at all.

I have to agree with another poster here. There is no "white" or "black" magic as Hollywood movies would like you to believe.

Lets say for a moment that you could really cast a love spell. If you cast a love spell on someone and you both live happily ever after, that would be a good thing right? Now take that very same spell and cast it on your best friends wife..that would be a bad thing. Thus magick in the real world is the same thing. It all depends on the intent and desires of the one casting.

If I were you and you truly believe in the magickal arts, I'd look up some spells on building up courage and cconfidence. People around you will see how confident you are in yourself and that will lead them to want to know more about you..thus the answer to your question.

Just try to hang out with people that have the same interests. Joining clubs and getting involved with the world will do more than any magic spell.

Who needs magic for that?

Muster up some self-confidence (some would argue that this in itself is the core of any such magic spell), and go over and say "Hi".

If they aren't interested or don't want to talk with you it's their loss. Why would you want the interest of a snob?

Yes, check this web page
http://www.paralumun.com/spellslove.htm

I know few other ones, but I don't think this is the right place to publicize spells. The one on this web page are quite good, so just pick one that suites you the best. Remember, don't mess with other people's free will, because it will backfire triple. If you are getting involved into spell casting for something so sensitive, maybe it's good idea to first cast protection spell for yourself. Good luck!

You need to realise and conquer your low self esteem to solve your misfortune, my friend.
Magic is real. It is also deeply misunderstood. If you REALLY feel only magic can cure you of a lack of friends and lovers, visit your local Alchemists for genuine advice, as they were the ones said in the Olde Days to hold the keys of life.
You may know them as Chemists, and before they became accepted by christian society, they too were an ilk of the Occult; men known for their wizardry.
Your problem is within you and within your abilities to overcome.

There is the magic of change. This happens within and without at our own effort. Evaluate and see what you would like to change. This has to be for you. Then make changes that will enhance how you are seen by yourself and others.

well, it's not good to cast a spell on a certain person, that is casting one on them against their will. spells reach out and find some one good for you although it might not be the person u want(it kinda works like that.). i would suggest doing a general love/attraction spell with no one in particular in mind., try this site:

No. Magic doesn't exist to violate the will and self-determination of others. It's more likely to backfire and program you for obsessive thought patterns regarding the object of your manipulative affections.
