i got to hear kerry speak and meet him at a fundraiser over the weekend, he is a good and nice man. his speech was great and he is very intelligent, unlike bush. he said he may run again but isnt sure. but he had this to say about conservatives "I will not let them get away with lies ever again." it was a great turnout with close to 300 people. after the event it really hit me how this country would be so much better with kerry as president instead of bush. it was a great experience and i would like the chance of hearing another kerry speech in person.

Nice but did he say that he served in 'Nam?

I am glad you had the chance to meet him and hear his platform. I am sure he had more to say than "I will not let them get away with lies ever again" - If that's all he said - then he still doesn't sound like he has any new solutions and is still just criticizing. The majority of Americans are tired of whining and want solutions to current issues. The liberals will get there someday.

Only 300? You must live in a conservative part of Cali.

KERRY IS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
He got a frickin scratch on his arm NOT SHOT and gets a purple heart.
He is NOT a war hero.Big deal he saved one guy.
Bush is not the reason this country is in touble. We actually had other presidents before him.
Would you like to explain EXACTLY what Clinton did ,as a Democrat, while he was in office besides get blown by Monica?
For 8 years he didn't do s***!
AND he knew 9/11 was going to happen and did NOTHING to stop it or forwarn anyone about it.
THAT IS SICK!
So quit with the Bush bashing. He may not be a great spokesman, although I actually like that he seems human instead of a politician, but I feel he has done the best he possible could under the circumstances. All these decisions weren't just his.
We do have a Cabinate,Senate,House. They can veto him at any time. The President doesn't rule this country all by himself reguardless of what some of you want to believe.

Your right the big difference between a kerry speech and a bush speech, You dont know Which of Kerrys personalities you'll get when he is about to talk, he's changed his stories so many times its like he suffers from multiple personalities......At least with Bush even if you disagree with him or even if he is saying something unpopular you know where he stands because he stays on the same path.....

Like most Democrats, Kerry speaks the language of appeasement, defeat and surrender.
Bush speaks the language of freedom, liberty and victory. Bush believes that America will stand up to and defeat the terrorists. Kerry betrayed his fellow veterans at a time that we were at war and Americans were being held prisoner by the viet cong.

I guess the big difference is that Kerry speaks English! The USA would be much better with ANYONE other than Bush.

Kerry is able to speak in full sentences and he is a war veteran.

Bush the chimp on the other hand cannot construct entire sentences, even when he is reading from a teleprompter, and Bush was hiding down in Alabama during war.

That is the difference when hearing them.

John Kerry bores me into a coma and I voted for him. Face it, Bush is humorous at the podium. It's like waiting for an accident to happen.

ask him about "xmas in cambodia" thats a lie

ask him why he gunned down innocent children in viet nam? ask him why he cant even tell the truth about "his families suv"
