Place in a large ziploc bag with salt. Shake gently so not to ruin leaves. The salt will take off dust and webs. I wet mine once and ended up with the dye coming off! Saw this suggestion in a magazine. It works for all fake plants.

Some years ago I successfully cleaned some really dusty eucalyptus by gently immersing in warm water with a little liquid soap added. It didn't hurt them a bit.

eucalyptus is oil based, by steam cleaning, or simply warm water fill a sink and dip the leaves in and gently use ur fingers to remove dust,...but for most effective method use steam cleaner, .. after u clean them spray with hair spray or liquid laquer, it keeps leaves from crumbling and also helps remove the dust again so much easier next time, tc : )

There is a product you can buy called bottled air (I kid you not!!). It is sold to clean either silk flowers or computer keyboards - if all you are looking to remove is dust. Otherwise I would recommend a damp (not wet) soft cloth (which would be tedious, one leaf at a time).

Good Luck!!
