None of Night Shyamalan's movies are meant to be scary, they are not really horror films. Maybe the genre they might come under are suspense thrillers. Quite like the movies of Hitchcock. Of course there are scary moments but that does not form the central theme. They are movies which make one think about issues that can range from paranormal to absurd. I think you'll enjoy it if you don't go in with the frame of mind that its going to be scary.

there are parts that make you jump a little, but it's not meant to be scary. It's actually a very interesting movie and makes you think a lot. I found it to be a better movie than I expected.

no it wasnt scary, I jumped a few times. its an intelligent thriller. But it was actually a really good movie, I didnt expect it. I recommend
