the way you help your son with reading and the other things you mentioned is you read books to him. you should have been doing this since he was born.

most kids will pick up the letters that way. while reading, point out a letter and mention the sound it makes. point out all the ways people make a letter a.

when you read books, mention the page number, point to it, talk about the next page number. look this up in tables of contents or indexs, demonstrate looking for the page number, name the number, go to that page.

be willing to read the same book over and over and over in a single setting as repitition really helps.

tape little cards all over your house that your write words on. "Wall" "refrigerator" "Bookshelf" etc etc etc

count, over and over. count sidewalk squares, trees, flowers, etc.

Point out all the signs you see - he can already 'read' many of them, i'm sure. There is no difference between knowing that symbol means mcdonald's and this symbol "dog" means what it means.

You don't need a website, you need to interact with your son in these simple ways. Keep in mind that the normal range for learning to read is UP TO 8 years old. Some kids brains can't do it before then.
I'd recommend homeschooling - if you can spend time with him doing these things. if he's not at this skill level yet, the school will treat him like there's something wrong with him and he will have a negative experience of school and himself. he doesn't need to have to cope with that.

With a child that young, make sure whatever site you visit is COPPA-compliant. This link will explain what the law means:
