It's nothing you're doing wrong, the 2006-07 schedule just hasn't been released. I'm not sure of the current release date, and I've checked the NBA site without any success.
Several teams's sites do mention that single-game seats go on sale in the fall, so it might be another few weeks before the schedule is released.

The NBA releases the league schedule in August. Last year it was August 8.
