Why oh why has no one said Birmingham??
There are even two 'fabulous' choices!! - One in the Midlands, UK, and a second 'delightful' place in Alabama, USA.
Why has no one mentioned Birmingham???
Forget Rio - too many guns and beach bums. Forget Paris - too many baguettes and tourists. Forget Rekavdidfnik - too cold and too difficult to spell. Forget Sidney - too many people pretending they admire opera. And forget Las Vegas -
..yeah....
Las flippin vegas. .....
Can someone out there help me? I can't do it.
I can't forget vegas....
Jeese, vegas.
I just wish i had never stayed in vegas.
I wish what happened in vegas stayed in vegas.
But, now he's 5 years old and going to kindergarten. Costing me a fortune he is...food, drink, new clothes, shoes, even costing a fortune whenever i take him to the hairdressers to get his little elvis sideburns trimmed.
So, yeah, anyway. Birmingham. USA or UK. Is it better than edinburgh.... no.
If you combine the best features of both birminghams across the globe, are THEY better than edinburgh??
No.
Clearly.
Not even worth contemplating.
Edinburgh rocks.

Well, I am bias, because live here. But I think philadelphia is a great city. Good food, great museums, great people, very diverse. It has it's problems like any other city, but it's a great place. I've never been to Edinburgh, so I couldn't say it better, but I hope it's just as good.

Never been ~ but ~I would think that:
New York due to shopping, wineries, t.v. shows.
Monte Carlo- breath taking views~
Paris - so see all the styles, and eat !
Sorry, I have never been to Edinburgh...but I will be sure and find out more about it.

love reykjavik in iceland and copenhagan. Visit both in winter - worth the money! Both cities very trendy and full of great places and beautiful people (take alcohol with you as it is expensive!).
Watch out for the girls in copenhagen riding push bikes in their short skirts and knee high boots with their gucci handbag hanging over the handlebars!

It all depends on who you are and what you like. The question is very subjective. If you like beaches and great weather all the time, try San Diego in California. But if you like great night life and fast-paced lifestyle, try New York City. If you like debauchery and weed, try Amsterdam.
