You're not very bright, are you? A judgement grows over time because interest gets charged on it. If you've been ignoring this for 10 years, then it's substantially larger than had you just paid the d#mn thing back when you got hit with it.
What makes you think that if you ignore something long enough that it should go away? Man up, take responsibility for your actions and pay off the d#mn fine.

Until it is paid off.
If you don't they could hold you in contempt of court and throw your butt in jail. I think parting with a few bucks might be better than a stint at the grey bar motel. . .

if you were convicted then forever. If you never went to court and were convicted then you would need to check statute of limitation on your crime.
