not the mutifunction switch and the realys r working. 2000 Ford Mustang.

If it is not the switch, it is probably the wiper motor. With the switch on try tapping on the wiper motor (usually located on the firewall up below wipers). There is a little circuit board in there and sometimes the soldered connections break. The motor is six years old so it may just be bad. I don't know where you live but one thing that destroys wiper motors with a quickness is using them to wipe snow off the windshield. So turn the switch on and wiggle the connector to the wiper motor or tap on it. If it starts working you know the motor is going bad.

Take it to Wal-Mart, they'll have them fixed in a jiffy.

take your car to a mechanic and have them fixed

otherwise take it to the mechanic or auto electrician
