He didn't exactly grope her. He just rubbed her soldiers. I wasn't even sure she was a woman until they said she was on CNN.

No, what he did was goofy and a little strange but in no way was it sexual harassment. I felt the same when I saw that video as when my dad does something goofy or somewhat embarrassing. Actually, Bush has a lot of the same characteristics as my father now that I think about it.
