in any brand of birth control pill, you are protected during the blank pills because you have enough hormone in your system left from the higher dose pills you took earlier. you are just as safe then as you are any other time of the month if you took them properly all month. do not worry.

The cycle for the "average" woman is 28 days. As such, the pill is set up for 28 days. Each pill pack as 21 active pills and 7 "blank" pills, generally iron supplement. A lot of women don't even bother taking the blank pills but I encourage my patients to take them to help stay in the habit of taking the pill every day.
Based on the "average" woman having a 28 day cycle, ovulation is on day 14 (the 14th day from start of the bleeding). The time to have sex to get pregnant would be days 12-16, give or take a day. As such, if you are taking your pills correctly, you should be outside the window of opportunity to conceive. That and the fact that the pill is 98% pregnancy proof, you should be fine. However, no promises about last week.

As long as you have been on the pill for longer than a month you are safe. Those pills are "blank" pills to induce your period without you forgeting about the pill. Because the cycle it is near impossible for you to concieve on the placebo pills for sperm can only live 3-5days once ejaculated.
Dually noted the pill is only 95-99% effective if taken properly. ALWAYS TAKE YOU PILL AT THE SAME TIME EVERY DAY! I was in fact concieved on the pill! :) The pill has always been affective for me.

the white and/or 'blank' pills are the time when you will start your period... so anotherwords, it is a 'Safe' time. you should be fine. i was on the pill for years and never got pregnant while having unprotected sex during the blank pill time.

if you have sex while on the "blanks" you will be fine.

I don't think you should be having sex if you aren't married and you aren't ready to take the responsibility of kids.
