i got this really smooth cotton T-shirt . The material on my bag hook on to the shirt and after i pull them apart there's little balls forms on it. is the shirt totally ruin or i can be fix if i use one of those shaver on it?

Use a small hand held shaver. It should take the "pills" right off and leave the shirt in wearable condition.

at different stores you can get pet rollers to remove pet hair or lint, you can try these.. and may be useful but for best results I would use the hand shaver where it cuts off all of the little balls and collects them in a container.

use duct tape rolled sticky side out around your hand. run it up and down the shirt til the totty balls come off, or use an electric shaver VERY CAREFULLY to shave them off. If not, pitch it.

I would try the shaver. Those things work great.

tape works well or a sticky lint brush ashaver works too sometimes its trial and error be patient.
