I have unsubsribed from this website over 15 times in the last two months. They are constantly changing the email address, so my bulk folder doesn't catch it. It is quite annoying. Is there any way I can stop this, or any one who I can report this to.

The beauty now that you have unsubscribed is that what they are doing is ILLEGAL.

If you are using Yahoo! Mail you can simply label that message as spam, and they should get weeded out. But if you want to take a fight to them then you have some options.

You can send them an email telling them you are going to the authorities or that you are going to expose them. Or you can try contacting a computer magazine like PCWorld. They have fought for people in the past and might have an answer for you or might use your case as an example to the Spammers.

Good luck

It depends on who is sending you the spam. There are ways to report spam. You can try to forward the message to spam@uce.gov and see if that helps. There is also a complaint form at the FTC site I listed below.

Most sites like Ebay have addresses that spam can be forwarded to. spoof@ebay.com is what Ebay uses. Some companies would accept email at abuse@companyname.com but there is no guarantee that would work.

Do not reply to the spam email. You most likely have not been unsubscribing but in fact, sending them a message lets them know that your email address is a real one and so they send more spam. Do not use unsubscribe.

When you receive spam in a email box. DO NOT reply and unsub from it if you had not signed up for it. For, what happens many times with spam, they do not know if their is a real person or if it is a bot computer they are sending it to as it comes from a huge room of computers as in a business.
When you reply back to something you had not singed up for it tells that ONE computer that yes in deed this is a real person. so then it takes your email and fowards it to 50,000 other pc's.
Since we do not know what email server you have that your speaking of, and I'm not asking. here are a couple more tips.
To block a spam email depending on what your using for email you can go into that and click spam, in yahoo email.
if you have OE, (outlook express) then you can call the ISP server you are with and tell them you are being harrassed.
Their are many diff things you can do. I just told you abt 3 tips.

Actually, using 'unsubscribe'...tells the spammers, 'They are there.' It confirms you are getting their email!! It usually doesn't work, and you may get more now!! It is best to use your email 'junk mail' filter, or block the sender addresses in a block list. Depends what email program you use. Best bet...do NOT use 'unsubscribe'...

the only things you can do is to block that email address or write to them saying you don't wants to be with them. I had the same problem with classmates.com too, but after those steps I could received any spam from them again.
