Makes a funny looking image in my mind. Four inches around is awfully narrow to be so long, are you sure you're not lying?

Puberty

I would say that is average and satisfactory. Anything under 7 inches is small, and above 7 and around 8 that is a decent size. Big is definitely 9 inches and above, I would consider massive anything above 11/12 inches.
