Discounting foreign words, proper nouns (like that company name) technical terms (diseases and chemical names, neither of which are constructed using the same rules as English) and all other dubious confections the the vote has to be for "antidisestablishmentarianism" which has eleven vowels. This is a real word, used in real writings in the 19th century when the debate about state and religion was reaching a peak.

PNEUMONOÂULTRAÂMICROÂSCOPICÂSILICOÂVOLCANOÂCONIOSIS (also spelled PNEUMONOÂULTRAÂMICROÂSCOPICÂSILICOÂVOLCANOÂKONIOSIS) = a lung disease caused by breathing in particles of siliceous volcanic dust.
This is the longest word in any English dictionary. However, it was coined by Everett Smith, the President of The National Puzzlers' League, in 1935 purely for the purpose of inventing a new "longest word". The Oxford English Dictionary described the word as factitious. Nevertheless it also appears in the Webster's, Random House, and Chambers dictionaries.

Broken down, it is pronounced as follows: Pneumono (Numono) Ultra Microscopic Silico Volcano Coniosis
Broken down, it means: Pneumono (wind or air - referring to the lungs) Ultra Microscopic (VERY small) Silico (a silicon-dust based disease) Volcano (origin is volcanic activity, but mostly found in caves) Coniosis (a disease)
