No. His political capital is spent. The Democrats, if they are serious about winning the presidency, should find someone with moderate appeal and unify behind them early. That's not Dean. He's seen as far too liberal for most people and it alienates the moderate center.

Richardson would be ideal. He's a southwestern governor, he's got very broad appeal, and he's not seen as a typical elitist liberal by most moderates.

Hilary Clinton, while very popular, may ultimately be a disaster if she gets the nomination. She is very polarizing, and will automatically eliminate a lot of moderate votes. And she is saddled with her husband's legacy, which, to be honest, means she will lose still more votes from anyone who didn't agree with him.

There are others who could run, but ultimately the Democrats need to find someone from a middle or southern state with a moderate background if they want to actually win.

The democratic party had honestly a mode of zapper collars positioned on Dean if he receives too loud. Now he would not sound too undesirable. i imagine the democrats have more effective than Dean and Hillary, enable's wait and word. Edwards regarded especially mushy on Letterman the different evening.
