Only if the main computer has full administrative authority and has installed software which allows for monitoring of the networked computers activities. If this software is installed on all computers on the network then the administrator who is using the software will know every keystroke you do.

However, if this administrator does not have such software installed then, no, the other computer will not have the ability to "read" or record your keystrokes or other activity. However, remember that anyone with your password can access your account and track your activities via many different sourses already installed on Window based computers. You will need to go in manually and remove all your history and all your web URLs you have visited, erase your Messenger archive and other such program footprints. Any good computer administrator will know how to look into your activities fairly easily.

No. There are ways of getting information such as websites visited, and with file sharing, one can see the files created if they go looking, but overall, you cannot SEE what someone else types unless you have some sort of software loaded to do this. PC Anywhere as an example, or perhaps a Keylogging program, but in general usage, no one can SEE what is typed as it is typed.
