Don't spend too much time trying to impress your teachers. No matter what you do or don't do there will be some who like you and some who don't. You are just there to learn as much as you can from them and that is all. If you worry about who likes you or not it takes time away from being a good student. If you are a good student, and act serious in class, eventually most teachers will come to understand that you have seen the error of your ways, and want to be given another chance. Most adults will give you the benefit of the doubt.
Spell-check everything, take notes, CARE about getting educated.
Don't do ANYTHING to make a good impression--don't look good, BE GOOD. It may take longer, but it will stick. Good luck.

Just change your attitude and behavior. Be respectful in class, contribute to discussions, and do your work consistently.
