Its definitly a tie betweem Titanic and City Of Angels. If you havent seen City of Angels its the perfect movie for premenstrual women who need a good cry. I start tearing up at the opening credits.

It's a movie called "IF LUCY FELL"
Im don't care too much for those types of movies however this one has such a good mix of comedy that it's great for all but still has the undertone feeling that women like.. you should check it out.
