I've gotten three answers, and some varied opinions. I need more info from people who have tried legal buds. Do they actually get you lifted, or is it a bunch of crap? I saw an ad in high Times, and they looked good, but do they work is the question.

NOT REALLY. They are LEGAL for a reason: because they DON"T WORK.
I tried some with a FRIEND of mine once, who THOUGHT it would be COOL, but SHE really DIDN'T like them that much EITHER. Not to mention, it would have probabally been CHEAPER just to buy the REAL stuff & get a REAL buzz, instead of LITTLE more than a HEADACHE.
"Legal Buds" are essentially NOTHING more than glorified OREGANO, & they SMELL terrible, NOT AT ALL like the stuff I tried in Holland.
I am NOT a "Druggie" in ANY way (although I HAVE been known to "EXPERIMENT" once or twice, hence the trip to Holland), & I DON'T condone Drug Use either, but I DO believe that, used in MODERATION, just like ALCOHOL (which has killed MORE people per DAY than MARIJUANA does in a YEAR); REAL Marijauna SHOULD be LEGALIZED for RESPONSIBLE recreational use.
There is NOTHING in Marijauna that is ANY more DANGEROUS than Alcohol, (in fact ALCOHOL is WAY more DANGEROUS than Marijuana EVER was), but yet MARIJUANA is the one that everybody is "Cracking down" on, like it is the next RAT POISON or something. I think people should STOP worrying SO MUCH about a perfectly SAFE & NATURAL "Drug" (if you even really consider it a drug) & START worrying MORE about REAL drugs like METH or CRACK or OTHER drugs that really DO cause all the HORRIBLE scenarios that people accuse MARIJUANA of causing, PLUS even WORSE ones.
In a RECENT Survey, Government Surveyers in Holland have actually found that by LEGALIZING Marijuana & Prostitution, the actual # of these former "Offences" has actually gone DOWN SUBSTATIALLY as well. MOST of the cases in which Marijuana has been proven "Dangerous", happen as a result of trying to HIDE it from the COPS, as opposed to actually just USING it the way it was MENT to be used, & MOST of the so-called "BAD highs" that everyone is always talking about, are from OTHER drugs used in CONJUNCTION with Marijuana, or Marijuana that has been LACED with OTHER substances like TYLONOL or OTHER types of LEGAL substances, used to MASK the SMELL of the actual "Drug" from Police Dogs & unsuspecting civilians. By BANNING Marijuana, ALL the Government is doing is making the problem WORSE by forcing otherwise RESPONSIBLE "HEMP-smokers" to resort to OTHER, more DANGEROUS substances like INHALANTS & so-called "DESIGNER" drugs that they can MAKE in thier OWN HOMES using EVERYDAY items that can be found at ANY Neighborhood Drug Store.
I really DON'T see what all the FUSS is about REAL Marijuana anyway, except that it is a LOT better than that FAKE sh*t that they let people use INSTEAD. It's too EXPENSIVE & it DOESN'T even WORK to begin with. "Leagal Buds" are essentially like substituting SOY milk for REAL milk (which I happen to be ALLERGIC to, hence the most AFFORDABLE Substitute, Soy; Which ALSO sucks.): They're "SAFER" because all the benefits of the REAL stuff are taken OUT of it.
"Leagal Buds" are probabally the biggest JOKE in American Legal History. SAVE your money & show THIS response to the Judge if they try to ARREST you for using the REAL stuff. I CAN'T garantee that it'll SAVE you from Federal Charges, but it SHOULD give the Courts something to THINK ABOUT before hand.

I have had very mixed responses to this too. I have tried a couple of things, and they didn't really do anything for me. I have friends that have tried some other things, but the "lift" was very short, like a couple of minutes at most, and wasn't very enjoyable. They way I figure it, if it were as good as illegal bud, it would probably be illegal too.

I think that Salvia Divinorum has been the best out of any. Although it is not a marijuana substitute and you wont get "high" off of it, you will experience a deep trip. THIS IS NOT a party drug. Not something to ever drive high on and go get some taco bell!
