No, I don't think they're brothers. Even if they were, it would be kind of bad. Himesh seems like a good singer, while Imran can't act. I'm ashamed of Imran, in fact, with his lustful movies such as Murder.
Haha to the person above me about Himesh singing from nose. You're actually kind of correct since there are so many better singers such as Sonu Nigam.
