nah, i don't think so dude.
he already earned a lot of money doing those staged fight.
he's probably thinking of relaxing and searching for another way to earn money without getting whacked.

i think there is way long to see him coming back. Batista took 6 weeks to recover after assualt by henry. but benoit was more dismantled than batista.
