Do you think Evan Rachel wood is a good actress?

i think she is good, not brilliant, she doesnt deserve any awards or anything, but she is decent, though i cant understand why in every role she chooses to play she is tortured or depressed or neglected or feeling sorry for herself, i have yet to see her in a role that does not require her to cry, she should do some upbeat stuff, just for a change you know, i try not to judge, this is just a suggestion
