Puberty can begin for boys anywhere from age 10-15 and usually lasts up to 5 years and sometimes longer, so you have nothing to worry about. All boys will eventually go through it and there's nothing wrong with you.

Puberty is not just growing hair in awkward places, it has more to do with hormones and other things going on inside your body which are not always visible to the naked eye. Keep in mind, everyone begins puberty at different times and they also mature at different rates. Just be comfortable with who you really are and don't feel pressured by everyone else’s looks.

Yes and no.

It isn't really a problem because every body develops differently and in their own time. Fourteen isn't really that old and it is an ongoing process that in its self could be over in a few years or drag on into your twenties. For most guys it is later rather than sooner.

The real problem as I see it is that you feel that you are alone in this and that everyone else is maturing around you at a faster rate. There is no real way to speed things up however, my Uncle did weight lifting and all kinds of sports and things because he was not developing as quickly as those around him (he went to boarding school so it was kind of 24/7) It didn't make him develop quicker, but when he did start he got BIG FAST!!!

No this is not a bad thing it just means you are going through changes in your life later than others would as most of them go through puberty between 9-13 years.

no this isnt a bad thing. people always go through puberty at a different age. there are some advantages to having it start early and some advantages for it 2 start later. like if u start early your voice deepens really fast and you build more muscle mass. but if you start later you wont get acne like the puberty boys get and that is lucky.

Each and every person goes thru this at their own time and own rate of speed! Your body is going thru alot of changes already that you dont even notice yet but it is- trust me! You will develop and no reason to rush it at all! You will catch up I promise you! You are completely 100% normal! Some dont begin puberty til 16 even!!!! You'll be there any day now!

Nope. There could be lots of reasons. Listen, you have YEARS to be a stupid grownup. Enjoy being young. It only lasts so long, and then it's over. Besides, just because you don't show all the signs of physical maturity doesn't mean the process hasn't started. It just means some of the outward signs haven't shown.
