OK..I WANTED TO KNOW WAT OFFPEAK MIN. ARE AND AREN'T MOST OFFPEAK MINUTES FREE? DO U GET CHARGED OR SUMTING..??? IDK..I NEED HELP..PLEASE..SUMONE WHO KNOWS MORE ABOUT DIS PLEASE PASS SUM INFO. TO ME....THANK YOU!! ;0)

Off peak minutes are minutes where people don't use the telephone as much. Most phone plans I know don't charge you for off peak hours.

Off peak is a term used to describe the hours when phone calls aren't generally made. Depending on the phone company they could start at 7pm, 8pm or 9pm. Usually they are free or you have a large amount of them to use.
