There is only one, why would there be a plural?
p.s. no dictionaries online that had a plural after checking.

Universe is exclusively a singular term..."uni-" as in "one".
However, according to modern physics, at disappearingly tiny scales (quantum scales) there are more than 3 spatial dimensions...with which WE do NOT interact. This has led to the term "multiverse" which I think is very good; this way the word "universe" only references our one plane of reality and acknowledges that there are probably others as well.

Universes... Or I've also heard the term "multi-verse" tossed around.

That's a good one.....I would imagine that most dictionaries would. I'd suppose it's most probably universes.......universii would look and sound wacky:):)
