My tomatillo won't set fruit.?

it has bloomed all summer and we've had successful tomatillos before. but some reason this summer it just blooms. We live in zone 9.

soils lacking. try fertilizer or an organic compost mixed in top soil.

my tomatillos not fruiting either. I have 2 plants, in a grow box. perfect watering and fertlizer in box. the plants are extremely healthy but no fruit. tons of flowers.
Any idea what to do since they are self polinating.
