you need to install language toolbar for that. Try resetting the regional settings .If that doesnt work then download the Chinese language plugin for the internet explorer or whichever browser you are using.

if wour computer is manerfatuer in england or the usa the softwere that comes is tranaslated in englis or europen as that is the standerd languare to to change your computer to anyother language u need the softwhere of that lanuges origen also the hard where to understand as all alfbet are difrent.
for china or even japanise you would need the keyboard and computer softwhere to translant the computers maory to the languare u want if u tryed at the stander way it would turnin into gibrish.try and ask at your local computer retail store or contact them by the websight or tellphone for the advice

I don't know if this is how it works for all languages or all computers, but my roommate downloaded a program on the internet that allows our computer to read Japanese. We have to switch it back and forth between English and Japanese every time we want to read one or the other, though.

mine translates Mandarin and Pinyin, I click 'translate page' on my toolbar. It's literal though so may not read quite right, you just have to work it out! Would love to know if there's another free site which will translate properly

you need to install Chines language for installing go To Start > Control Panel > Date, Time....> Regional and Language Options than Languages and pick install East Asia languages i hope this helps you :)

yes, saran is correct, but remember,you also need the "windows" CD to install it, otherwise it won't let ut.
