according to above question can anyone of you give me a way how to implement this rule in real world life?
How do you know this thing is needed or not needed?

For answer this post you must have at least 96 IQ level other than below this IQ level your posts will be rejected in consideration and i dont have any time to read those silly posts which i assume from lower IQ levels dudes, Especially females and women are applicable to answer this post their hightest IQ level is 89 LOL

I don't know.

IQ level of the person framing this question and rules for answer; the way they are laid out, with no use of grammar, would indicate a sub par intellect on the part of the writer.

Sounds to me like you're very full of yourself. You can not read this, or delete it to your little heart's content, makes no difference to me & no skin off my nose.

If you don't ever do things until they're needed, then you're forever just putting out fires. You're never prepared for anything. Takes maturity & understanding to prepare in advance.

Like don't do things until they are needed.
(a) paying your life insurance.
(b) paying any bills earlier then needed

How do you know if this is needed?

Try using your brain:
if you drive a car (neccessity)


Think you know it all and then you forget where it all is.
