The nature of man is wicked, but children equal innosense so in a way abortion is worse because we're dealing with small babies.

Its not about religious freedom. Religion has destroyed the world--all that we have left pure and clean are our babies. We have to root them out too.

abortion IS the modern day Holocaust, in my opinion
Especially when it is done for selection purposes, it is just like what Hitler was doing. Didn't he kill the handicapped, just like many abort babies who are less than perfect ... with Down Syndrome etc.? It's only a small step before people are aborting babies because they are not the sex that they wanted, or don't have the physical characteristics they were hoping for ... how is that any different from what Hitler was trying to do?

The primary difference is that abortion is not a single centrally directed program, but rather a cultural tendency which has become ingrained. The holocaust was imposed by the government; abortion is chosen by the populace. And, the motivation for abortion is not (usually) to engage in genocide of a particular group. (Although it has been claimed, and some have proposed, that certain ethnic groups are or should be encouraged to have more abortions to thin their numbers.)
The economic effect is also different, and IMNSHO much more subtle. Thanks to 30+ years of abortion on demand, the US is missing about 12-15 million young people of working age. Think of the effect that has on everything from military recruiting to stabilizing Social Security. The fact that we have roughly the same number of illegal immigrants is not coincidental. They aren't taking jobs Americans won't do; they're taking jobs for Americans who don't exist.
A society that kills its children destroys its own future.

The Germans claimed the Jews were not human, so it wasn't really murder. Pro-Abortion people say the same thing about children. The Germans blamed Jews for their problems and killed Jews as a scapegoat. Women that have abortions do not want to live with the consequences of their decisions, so they kill their own children as a scapegoat.
Murder is murder, no matter the rationalization.

The holocaust was genocide to ONE religion. Abortion is not specific to a single religion.

P.S. When is the last time you read an obituary in the newspaper about a fetus that miscarried in the first or second trimester?

Um, the mass murder that is abortion is not a genocide as the holocaust was. The holocaust mainly targeted Jews (and homosexuals, gypsies and a bunch of other peoples), while abortion is not limited to one ethnicity or religion a Jew, christian, black, white, purple, indian or chinese can get an abortion.

A baby is not automatically alive when conceived, and since when does a heart beat mean anything? The brain deads heart beat as well, but they are dead. Their hearts are kept beating by a Pons and an artificial ventilator!.

Everyone agrees the people who died in the Holocaust were alive humans. Some people do not consider a 2 minute fertilized embryo to be an alive human. You have your opinion they have theirs. It is called freedom.

Do you equate a fetus with no character with an adult human because it has a heart beat? I have held in my hands many spontaneous abortions and their claim to humanity is just because of their parentage. Hitler killed millions of adult women and men and children. To compare that to early term abortion is ridiculous.

In an abortion the mother chose to destroy the victim. During the Holocoust the victims had no choice.
