Use your daily limit on voting and rating questions. You get 1 point each for those. When you ask a question, make sure you pick a best answer to get at least 3 points back. Answer questions until you reach your limit but make sure you answer questions seriously and intelligently so that you get chosen for best answer.
I got 5,000 points in just 2 weeks by doing all my daily limits. You have to take advantage of all of them.

I like it here because there are times people give the funniest answers and I've seen some good jokes too. I enjoy laughing. I've also received some good advice and help. As far as "leveling up" --- once you get over 5,000 points, you are not limited to the amount of questions/answers for the day.
