I ask because I bought a laptop just under a year ago. It had to be returned 5 times to them before it was fixed (and the problem was the same one throughout). And I found their customer service and repair far from customer friendly. I'd be interested in knowing what others think of MESH.

The problem was the screen, which had poor resolution, did not give correct colours and was slow.

I will not buy MESH ever again because when/if your computer does develop a fault their customer service is so inefficient and non-customer focused. Those of you who have had no problems with yours- fine. But I wish you never do have to use MESH's repairers or go thru their customer service system. It is not only the product which a company sell but also it's after sales service. And imo, MESH's is not up to much.

I am on my third laptop from MESH, not because they have been faulty, but I change my machine every 2 years and I keep going back to MESH because I get more for my money and I've never had any problems.
I have read similar complaints to the above for all computer companies, unfortunately you can't please everyone and you sometimes get the odd dodgy computer - just the same as a TV or fridge.

I have had a PC for over 7 years from them, never broken down apart from dust problems in the CD drive (I'm a carpenter). Laptops are prone to more problems as they don't have as much cooling. Would help if you told us what was the problem.

i am amazed you have had problems with mesh computers,i have found them the one and only time i bought a desktop from them ,a)the system was brilliant b)the warranty was good 3)the customer service was good........but not brilliant
