I think it's illigal anywhere, because if you had an accident, they dont want the glass to hurt your tootsies, but I do not think it is a major issue.

Driving barefoot anywhere is illegal & very dangerous. Your foot needs the support of a shoe for proper use of the pedals. The shoe helps extend the line of the foot too.

I think it's illegal to drive barefoot in almost any state. But, you can drive barefoot if you have shoes in the car somewhere

I think it is illegal in all states, but if you want to drive with your shoes off, just have them close by so you can slip them on if you get stopped.

I actually asked a cop in Greenville recently, the answer is yes you can go in barefeet. I guess the feet and head thing are still alive and well.
