The answer is it depends.
Have you ever seen the character of "Mr. Pussie" on Sex in the City? His whole identity is wrapped around this very same issue. Even when he is eating his food it is on his mind.
I think for some guys it is an ego trip to be able to push a girls button. For others maybe they simply like to make someone feel good.
There are other factors too. Some women feel and taste good, while others, whew, fishy. I don't know if this is hygiene or genetics, but it does make a big difference.
Other factors could include the time of the month, whether you want to make out (some girls get squeamish), or whether you plain prefer other activities over the one implied.
And some guys just don't do it period. Maybe they think it is gross, or demeaning, or they want to be in control in which they associate only being pleasured, not pleasuring, as the means in which to be in control.
Again, we come full circle. The answer is it depends.

some men do some feel it's nasty,my bf do that the only way i get turn on and i do the same for him i don't see any thing wrong with it as long as you love and trust the each other and oh if both places are clean and smells good if you know what i mean.

I absolutly love it!!! It gives me such pleasure to please a woman like that. I love it when I can make a woman shake and scream out loud when I have finished her off. A lot of women can't get off any other way so it is a good thing for them when they have someone who can make them get off by going down.

yes i love going down down as long as its clean and hairless i like to be down their for at 30/45 minutes before coming up for air it tastes very nice especially when they come i just cant get enough

yup i love it,but then again im white all white guys love doing that,black men think its degrading for some reason,i guess they think the woman doesnt deserve the pleasure,out of 15 close freinds 9 of mine are black and none of them do it,they always say they never would,but me i love it
