Hummm No, could you refresh my memory. I do remember that John Paul Jones spent a few weeks in those waters during the revolutionary war, could you be thinking of one of the things he blew up, perhaps they thought he asked them to move when he really asked them to surrender. I could see a drunken Irishman making that mistake.
