When you buy the material, be sure to buy a tool that helps you take off and put back on the siding. I don't know what it's called but it is very handy and speeds the process up.
Either Home Depot or Lowes. It costs about $40-60 per 100 sq ft. Be sure to hang the vinyl on the nails; don't pound them tight. Vinyl expands and contracts so it has to move a little on the nail.

Home Depot carries lots of types of siding. Just take in a piece to match it up! Good luck
