CN Tower, Toronto Canada has an amazing rotating eatry, so does Niagara Falls, Ontario and few hotels downtown Toronto have one. Enjoy the view and voyage to Toronto.

The Spinal Top in Downtown Houston. If I'm not mistaken it's in the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Gorgeous on a rain night, because of the lightning. You have to make reservations cause it's pretty popular.
