a wormhole would be far too small to enter... I already have difficulties getting into a rabbithole...

I guess I couldn't ever cram myself in a wormhole, then

no, as wormhole physics dictates that your other half would reappear on the other side and you would have full movement, but the wormhole would pull you in, so you could be put back together properly

No you would be pulled in to the worm hole in your entirety. the event horizon of a worm hole is theoretically very large thus it would be hard to perfectly reflect the gravitational force to such a focal point as the length of a humans body. In other words you would be either out of reach or your entire body would be sucked in

my understanding of worm holes is that 1/2 of your body could not enter -- all of you would be sucked in at once, so no, you wouldn't be paralyzed.
