My husband and I are trying to concieve and I was supposed to start my period friday, but didn't. I took a preg test saturday, but it was negatvie. Today I am having really bad cramps. I suspect it means I am going to start my period today or tomorrow, but can this have anything to do with being pregnant?

You never know! Wait and see if your period comes first! If it doesn't take the test again in the middle of the week! If it does come then it was just your period acting up... I've had that a lot lately! Good Luck!

Its too early to tell. If you don't get your period in a week, then I would do the pregnancy test again. You shouldn't have pregnancy cramps this early in the game if you are indeed pregnant.

If there is cramps involved I doubt that you are pregnant. You are probably just late. The stress from trying so hard can make you late. Not to worry. When you least expect it you will be pregnant.

You could have bad cramps because you are getting your period, but if you may be pregnant it could be a miscarriage. Go to your doctor. Now.

PMS symptoms and pregnancy symptoms are very similar. Unfortunately you won't know until you either get your period or you get a positive result on your pregancy test :(

wait a couple of days b/c hcg levels doubles every two days then test if still neg go see a doctor
