you know what will be cool if they do hit someone and they call another one and that one hit a persone and it continuse like that .like twilite zone hahahahahahhahahahahahhahahahahah.

I was a Paramedic for 11 years and you actually have to triage the person you hit,if they only have a broken bone,good airway,no deformity you could dispatch another truck there if the call you are on your way to is a higher priority such as a drowning,if the other call is not as pressing,you help the person you hit and dispatch a truck to your original call!!!

dumb question.... ofcourse they will. for starters its basic human nature (at least for those working in health care....), second its their job to help people who had an accident.
they mite check and access the patient isnt as badly hurt as the one they are on their way towards and mite let that be a factor in what to do next (dispatch other crew to original or new accident)... but there is no doubt they'll check the patient out.

do you think they put a tag on the toe of the person they ran over with their name, address, phone number , Insurance company and name of their agent????? and go to their call?????
