are there any danger related to haemorroids and anal sex?

the routine care for haemorrhoid's is to keep the area clean and use any of the good over the counter cream products that you can apply to reduce the swelling and the itching. Buy some moist toilet paper so clean the area after visiting the toilet. Avoid spicy food and any other food which you know makes you more regular but still eat a normal amount of fibre so that you are as regular as you normally are. Avoid anal sex as the area is inflamed, painful and swollen. the blood vessels that are enlarged are easily damaged which could cause excessive bleeding. If you use medication to ease the suffering they will disappear after a few days.

The only true cure for hemmoroids is surgery. They hurt during anal sex, but what can happen is more can be created, and existing ones can burst.

hemorrhoids are engorged veins.Causes: constipation with straining,heavy lifting,sitting or standing for long periods of time,etc. hemm.suppositories and creams,Rx from doc.stool softeners,drink plenty of fruit juices and water.Stay away from constipating caffeine drinks.Anal sex is very contraindicated with hemorrhoids

Avoid nuts or anything else that doesn't completely digest.
My proctologist recommended eating yogurt.
Warm baths are also helpful.
