It can definitely happen, and I speak from first-hand experience. I met Patrick the first day of high school, and since our last names were close to each other and we were both college prep, we shared a lot of classes. We hit it off immediately, and he became one of the best friends I have. In our junior year though, after three years of going out together as friends, talking on the phone, passing notes, and hanging out, it was obvious there was something more there between us. I started thinking about him in a completely different way, and about two weeks later, we went to the movies and held hands for the first time. Later that night, he kissed me. We dated until four months after we graduated from high school, when we went different ways, but we're still really close. It's great when a friend becomes more, because you're already so close to that person, and care so much about him, that when it turns into more, everything just falls into place. Good luck!

Absolutely will happen. But There must be pure and unbreakable
friendship.
One thing has to understand i.e. love means not a "sex participation".
It is a part of the life.
In my opinion "Friendship leads to love ", when a person thinks
like :
It is the love when both of us sharing ideas.
It is the love when helps each other in domestic andf inancial
problems.
It is the love when assists without expecting anything from.

defintion of "Love".

I was best friends with my husband for over a year i was with another man at the time.But we have been married now for 6 years.That is the best love to be with someone you already know you know there likes and dislikes there secrets there fantasys everything about them.Cant ask for anything more not only would they be just your bf/gf they would also be your confidante,lover,best friend all wrapped into one package.
