Christianity and Immigration?

Question

Shouldn't the conservative "Christians" be the fist to welcome our undocumented neighbors with open arms? Shouldn't our love of Jesus, and our desire to imitate his hospitality supercede our "This is my country!" agenda?

If so, then why are so many conservative against welcoming our neighbors from the south, who came her to escape poverty and persecution?

I dont think conservatives are against the immigrants being in america, what we are against is them being here illegally.

There are measures in place to help funnel them into the country and make them official citizens, or provide them with working visas.

When people from any country pour en mass into this country ESPECIALLY from impoverished nations, they bring with them all sorts of sicknesses and poor living habits such as drugs and abuse.

If they did things the right way these problems would be addressed, and care would be provided to them.

Even Jesus required us to follow the laws of the land, and in our land the law is you file for your citizenship, and you notify a country when you enter it.

If the Christians only knew,you wanna know where is the love for jesus,i will tell you:

I read the Talmud (Jewish Holy Book) and I realised Judaism does not know Jesus Christ. Judaism hates Jesus Christ. They consider him the anit-Christ and they are waiting for their Messaih,however,Islam recognises Jesus as a phrophet and believe in all His miracles,the Virgin Mary is a sacred Virgin in Islam,while the jews consider Jesus to be a bastard,I was shocked by the comparison,Christianity is Closer to Islam,many verses in the Koran praises Jesus and the Virgin Mary,the jews,however,are considered "traitors" to the prophets and they are no longer the chosen ones,true followers of the Holy book of Islam have to respect Jesus,the Virgin Mary and Christianity because Jesus is considered to be one of the Holiest prophets of all time,Mohammed preached that to his followers,the more i read,the more i discovered the strong similarity of the three Holy Religions,there are verses in the Koran explaining how the jews tortured Jesus. Few people know this because they do not carefully read their Scriptures and because of the great pains which Jews have taken to deceive the Christians. It hurts me to know this just now...

first and foremost, we are to love GOD with all our soul, might, etc...
secondly we are to love our neighbors as we love ourselves,
but Jesus tells us to RESPECT THE LAWS of our country...
if we are to be LIVING WITNESS of God's righteousness ad so on, then we are supposed to respect the Laws, unless they are clearly against God's Laws (abortions for example. we ought to do anything within LEGAL boundaries to fight this horrendous crime).
IN any case, I'd like to add that: YES, there is room for OBEYING and RESPECTING the LAW, as well as for MERCY and GRACE....
